Return & Exchange Policy

Each Shankh is a natural, sacred, ocean-sourced product. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

No Return / No Exchange Policy — Due to the spiritual nature, uniqueness, and hygiene considerations of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered or shipped. All sales are final. No cancellations after dispatch.

About Natural Shankhs

Natural variations are not defects

Shankhs are natural products and each piece differs in size, texture, markings, and sound — this is part of their authenticity. A Shankh is considered Khandit only if it is broken into pieces. Natural lines, pores, or ocean marks do not make a Shankh Khandit.

When is a Replacement Applicable?

We will only consider a replacement in the following rare cases:

Case 1
Damaged Product in Transit
  • Shankh received physically broken or damaged
  • Unboxing video required, clearly showing the damage
  • Video must be recorded from opening the sealed package
Case 2
Wrong Product Delivered
  • You received a product different from what you ordered
  • Replacement not eligible if delivered product matches the invoice

Important: Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstance.

Reporting Timeline

Issues must be reported within 72 hours of delivery
Complaints raised after 72 hours will not be considered

Replacement Process (If Approved)

We will arrange a replacement of the same product once approved
If the same product is unavailable, a store credit or refund will be initiated
Refunds, if applicable, are processed within 72 hours to the original payment method

What is NOT Considered a Defect

  • Natural lines, holes, marks or colour variations
  • Minor size differences (nature's creation, not handmade)
  • Sound variation in blowing Shankh (varies with every person)
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Incorrect product selection by the customer
  • Spiritual expectations or personal beliefs about the results

Important Note on Spiritual Products

Shankhs are sacred and energy-sensitive items. Once delivered, they are considered energized and cannot be returned, resold, or exchanged.

Courier & Delivery Responsibility

We pack all products securely before dispatch
Courier delays, route changes, or external handling issues are beyond our control
We assist in coordination but do not guarantee delivery timelines

Every customer is guaranteed a new, unused, and untouched Shankh — not a previously returned or re-circulated one.

Spiritual Purity Maintained
Once delivered, Shankhs are considered energized. This policy ensures your product has not been handled or returned by someone else.

You are protected in genuine cases like transit damage or wrong product delivery.
